Who is ElevateX for?
  • ElevateX is built specifically for female volleyball athletes ages 10–18 who want to become stronger, jump higher, move faster, and perform with more confidence on the court. Whether you're a developing middle school athlete or a competitive high school player preparing for the next level, our programs provide a structured path for long-term athletic development. Athletes ages 10–13 must participate with parent or guardian supervision and consent.
What equipment do I need?
  • Many workouts can be started with minimal equipment at home, while more advanced phases may incorporate dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, or gym equipment. Each program is designed to progress athletes appropriately based on their training environment and experience level. Each program phase lists what it needed to complete that phase successfully.
Who created the ElevateX programs?
  • ElevateX was created by experienced volleyball and strength & conditioning professionals who have coached and developed athletes at the highest levels of the sport. Our coaching team includes collegiate coaches, certified strength specialists, NCAA champions, and leaders who have helped athletes advance to collegiate, professional, and Olympic levels of competition.
How is ElevateX different from volleyball practice?
  • Volleyball practice develops sport-specific skills like passing, hitting, serving, and game strategy. ElevateX focuses on developing the athlete behind those skills through structured strength, power, speed, mobility, and conditioning training. Practice builds skill. ElevateX builds the athlete.
Will this help me jump higher?
  • Yes. Improving vertical jump performance is a major focus across several ElevateX programs. Through targeted strength, power, plyometric, and movement training, athletes can improve their explosiveness, jumping mechanics, and overall athletic performance. Individual results will vary based on consistency, effort, and training history.
How much time does training require each week?
  • Most athletes will complete 2–4 training sessions per week depending on the program and time of year. Workouts are designed to fit alongside club volleyball, school seasons, camps, and other athletic commitments.
Is this a subscription?
  • No. ElevateX currently offers fixed-term access options, including a Season Pass, Annual Access Pass, and Lifetime Access Pass. Your purchase provides access for the duration selected at checkout, with no automatic renewal.

Do I need a personal trainer or coach to follow the workouts?
  • No. ElevateX is designed to be self-guided. Each workout includes clear instructions and exercise demonstration videos so athletes can confidently follow the program on their own and log performance. Parents and coaches are always encouraged to support athletes, but a personal trainer is not required.
Which program should I start with?
  • The best starting point depends on your age, experience level, and current season. Athletes in-season will typically begin with Total Game Power, while athletes looking to maximize strength development during the off-season may start with Elevate Off-Season. Vertical Velocity and Torque are specialized 12-week programs designed to improve jump performance and rotational power and can be used in conjunction with the in-season or out-of-season strength and conditioning programs.
Is this safe for young athletes?
  • Yes. Athlete safety is a core part of our programming philosophy. Every program is built with appropriate progressions, movement instruction, and age-conscious training principles. Our goal is to help athletes build strength, confidence, and resilience while reducing injury risk through proper development.
