Liability Waiver

Liability Waiver & Release of Liability

By participating in any program, workout, training session, or service offered by ElevateX LLC (“ElevateX”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

Participation in physical training, exercise, strength and conditioning, mobility work, jumping, speed training, and other athletic activities involves inherent risks.These risks may include:
- Muscle soreness
- Strains or sprains
- Falls
- Physical injury
- Illness
- Serious injury or medical complications

By participating, you voluntarily accept and assume all risks associated with participation in ElevateX programs and services.

2. Medical Clearance

You confirm that:
- You are physically able to participate in athletic training activities
- You have consulted with or been cleared by a licensed medical professional if necessary
- You will stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, illness, or discomfort

3. Parent & Guardian Consent

Athletes under the age of 14 may only participate with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Parents and guardians accept full responsibility for:
- Supervising minor participants
- Monitoring safe exercise participation
- Ensuring exercises are performed appropriately

4. No Medical Advice

ElevateX content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing within the platform should be considered medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Users should consult qualified medical professionals regarding injuries, health conditions, or medical concerns.

5. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless:
- ElevateX LLC
- Its owners
- Coaches
- Trainers
- Affiliates
- Contractors
- Partners
from any and all claims, demands, injuries, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from participation in ElevateX programs or use of the platform.
This includes claims related to negligence, injury, illness, property damage, or other losses.

6. Voluntary Participation

You acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that you may discontinue participation at any time.
You understand that you are responsible for exercising within your own limits and using proper judgment during training activities.

7. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ElevateX programs, websites, apps, or services, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood this Liability Waiver
- You voluntarily agree to these terms
- You accept full responsibility for participation
- If you are a parent or guardian, you agree to these terms on behalf of the participating minor athlete.

8. Governing Law

This Liability Waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
