Welcome to ElevateX LLC (“ElevateX,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of:
- elevatexvolleyball.com
- elevatexvolleyball.mvt.so
- all related programs, content, services, and platforms operated by ElevateX

By accessing or using ElevateX, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Users must be at least 14 years old to create and manage their own account.
Users under 14 may only participate through a parent or legal guardian account and with parent supervision and consent.
By using ElevateX, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Services Provided

ElevateX provides volleyball-specific performance training programs, educational content, workout plans, and athlete development resources.
- Programs may include:
- Streaming workout videos
- Strength & conditioning programs
- Jump training
- Mobility and recovery content
- Educational resources
- Future athlete tracking and club management tools

All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Purchases & Access

ElevateX may offer:
- One-time purchases
- Lifetime access products
- Team or club access programs
- At this time, memberships do not automatically renew.
- Access to purchased content is granted only to the purchasing user or authorized account holder.

4. Refund Policy

ElevateX currently offers a 7-day refund window for eligible purchases.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by contacting:

‍ElevateX reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of misuse, abuse, or excessive content consumption.
Future refund policies may be updated at any time.

5. Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information.
Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
You may not:
- Share login credentials
- Allow unauthorized access to your account
- Use another person’s account
- Attempt to bypass platform security features

6. Intellectual Property & Content Protection

All ElevateX content is owned by ElevateX LLC and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Users may not:
- Copy or reproduce programs
- Redistribute videos or workouts
- Resell content
- Upload content to other platforms
- Screen record or download protected materials
- Share training materials outside authorized use

Unauthorized use of ElevateX content may result in account termination and legal action.

7. Future Club & Coach Features

In the future, ElevateX may allow coaches, clubs, or organizations to administer athlete accounts and access athlete-related training information.
Additional terms may apply to organizational accounts.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Athletic performance results vary from person to person.
ElevateX does not guarantee:
- Athletic success
- Scholarship opportunities
- Increased performance
- Injury prevention
- Specific physical results
Progress depends on many factors including effort, consistency, health, nutrition, recovery, and individual ability.

9. Health & Safety

Participation in physical training involves inherent risks.
Users should consult a licensed medical professional before beginning any exercise program.
By using ElevateX, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Use of the platform is also subject to the ElevateX Liability Waiver and Release of Liability.

10. Suspension or Termination

ElevateX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Harassment or abusive behavior
- Misuse of the platform
- Account sharing
- Unauthorized redistribution of content
- Violations of these Terms
- No refund is required for terminated accounts resulting from policy violations.

11. Third-Party Services

ElevateX may use third-party services including payment processors such as Stripe.
We are not responsible for the policies or operations of third-party providers.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ElevateX LLC and its owners, coaches, affiliates, contractors, and partners are not liable for:
- Injuries
- Damages
- Losses
- Technical interruptions
- Data loss
- Performance outcomes resulting from use of the platform or participation in training programs.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be handled in the State of Florida.

14. Changes to These Terms

ElevateX may update these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be posted with a revised Effective Date.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
